  The most recent issue I've had is they gave us less then 24 hours notice that they would be towing some of the vehicles on the property. I immediately called the office and informed them that I had acquired a permit from them and left my contact info. I told them that if there was any issue at all that they may call me any time and I'd move it. I received no call so I thought it'd be alright with the parking permit I had. WRONG! They towed my vehicle first thing in the morning with out ever returning my call.
  When I inquired about why it was towed at the front office they said it had no permit. I showed them the permit and was told "That's not a permit, it's a sticker that says permit". Every one that works here is incredibly rude and infuriating to talk to. They constantly interrupt you, never letting you get a word in.
  
  Please reconsider moving in here, the property looks nice at first but as soon as you move in they have your money and don't care.

  Parents here do not conduct their childern properly around here. Very loud children, that curse, lock you out of the laundry mat, and leave your whole front yard littered with snack packs and drinks. Also, my sisters car got broken into in the parking lot across the bridge. There was a camera pointing directly at the car, but then they said it was never running. Not only that, the parking around the complex is so lousy. Its a miracle if you find good parking. The office attendants are pretty rude as well. Overall, I only leave here cause its cheap. And its not so bad when everyone is at work and at school.
